Cancellation Terms

When you register, the deposit and subscription cannot be refunded. SendMails.io is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for unused service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support via https://support.sendmails.io.

• End of Subscription: If you do not wish for your subscription to auto-renew, you must notify us before the next billing cycle.

• Account Termination: SendMails.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

Trial Period

By signing up, you may begin a 14-day free trial period. No amount will be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically start and you will be billed. All refunds and cancellation rules apply.

User Content

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” refers to the material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to the website, for any purpose.

You grant SendMails.io a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.
